Love is a word often used, but depending on the conversation, person, and context, the meaning can sometimes be unclear. It is sometimes portrayed as a feeling or emotion. Sometimes it's referred to as an action. It can be for fools or for the brave. It can be protection or a weapon. Love is... Is it near or far? Is it mighty or weak? Is it fickle or constant? Unconditional? What is love?

God is love. (1 John 4:16) The two are interchangeable. Everything that God is, so is love. God is constant and so is love. God never fails and neither does love. Love is the truth, the way, and the light. No one comes to the father except through love. And through love, we can be theses things too.
